About delivery

The goods will be dispatched by international courier service from Japan.

Subscription

The first delivery will be sent within 10 days after the order is placed; the second and later deliveries will be shipped on or around the 15th of each month.

Order from collections

The goods will be sent within 10 days after the order is placed.

 

Order acceptance Email

If you have not received the "Order Acceptance Email" as scheduled, you may not have been able to place your order.  Please contact us from the inquiry page. (We will reply within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.)

 

Customs Clearance

CORTESE Co,.Ltd. has no responsibility for importing the goods at buyer's country.

Some case the consignee may need to apply to the Customs for receiving the goods, please apply to the Customs according to their indication if they require.

 

Taxes

Trade terms is DAP(Incoterms 2020). Customs may charge various taxes（import tax, excise tax, GST and other taxes) to the consignee at the time of customs clearance, please note that it will be borne by the consignee.
