We were concerned that the flavor would be a little rougher, but it actually turned out to be surprisingly clean.

A brewery dedicated to Junmai. Their desire to brew sake that is not only intoxicating to drink, but also to the soul, is conveyed through the bottle.
Sake is heat-treated after bottling so the aroma is not lost. Sake is stored in bottles, not tanks.
